How to Convert Your Emails to PDF via Email Itself?
An email based file conversion service lets you convert email messages, office documents, and web hyperlinks into PDF files. Supports text and HTML mail.
Google Chrome has a built-in PDF writer so that you can easily convert any email message into a PDF file in the browser, but if you are reading your email on a mobile phone or tablet, then you need some type of PDF conversion app.
Alternatively, you can forward the original email message to firstname.lastname@example.org and the service will send you back the PDF version of the message in two or two. I tried to replace one with a plain text email message, along with the HTML tag, and the conversion was almost correct in both instances.
If there is a Word, Excel or PowerPoint attachment inside the mail, you can forward the files to email@example.com and they will come back to you in PDF format. ZamZar is another support service that lets you convert files by email but the advantage with PDFConvert.me is that it sends you the PDF file converted by email, you do not have to go to your website to download the PDF.

You can also use the service to retrieve web pages as PDFs. Just send the page’s web address (URL) to the email message firstname.lastname@example.org and the service will send you the full page in PDF format. This feature can be used to view pages that are not otherwise available due to internet filter.
