We should not repeat the same keyword in the title tag with the intention of getting better ranking on Google, Yahoo and Bing. And we should limit the title character length to 65 characters with empty space only.
Post Permalink Structure
Then it is about moving forward with search engine optimized URL structure. Again, you should use targeted keywords for the beginning of the blog post URL. You should avoid using special characters, symbols, brackets, commas, etc. as part of your post URL. Most of the time, you should use alphabet and numeric from 0-9 in your URL structure and use dashes to separate two strings in the URL structure. Make sure to follow a beautiful permelink instead of random stars in your permelink.
You should use heading tags like H2, H3 and H4 to highlight different titles, sub-headings and key points. Our title tag is used as a h1 tag at single post level in WordPress.
