Prevent Eye Stain While Working on Computer

Siting in front of a computer (or television) can damage your eyes. Learn some simple but effective eye workout to help reduce eye pain for computer users:

  1. See distant objects in your office or outside. Try taking such a scene break every hour from about five to ten minutes.
  2. Before leaving for work, keep two used tea bags in the fridge. Once you’re at home, keep the tea bags on your eyes for a few minutes – it will calm your tired eyes.

3. When you keep your eyes closed, then roll your eyeball on both clockwise and anticlockwise and breathe deeply. Gradually open your eyes while leaving the breath. This exercise lasts for a minute and you can repeat it three times before going back to work. “This is a good workout for the eyes.
