How to Publish the Same Blog Post to Multiple Blogging Sites at the Same Time?
Learn to compost and cross-post a single blog post on many blogging platforms including Blogger, WordPress, Tumbler, MySpace, TypePad, etc.
Problem: You have hosted many blogs on different blogging platforms, and on all these blogs, there are simple ways to cross-post or publish the same blog post at the same time.
Solution: There are many options / workarounds but my favorite blog is! – This blogging editor is available as a Facebook application and lets you send the same article to multiple blogs at once.
First of all add all your different blog accounts with Blog It! And then check the ones where you want to publish that particle post. The blog editor only supports plain text, but it can parse all the included HTML tags correctly.
And though this blog! TypePad is a product, it works on all popular blog platforms such as Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress.com, self-hosted WordPress, Movable Type and LiveJournal.
The next best option is Ping.fm – it supports almost every blogging / micro-blogging platform and lets you publish blog posts from almost anywhere including instant messenger, mobile phone, Facebook, email or standard web based editor.
The Ping.fm service is better suited for those micro blogs which publish short posts with a link and Ping.fm does not contain any formatting options, and all the links included in the post are automatically converted into small URLs. Ping.fm supports Flickr and MySpace.
Right to My Blog is a web based blog editor that allows you to create and compose the same blog entry on three different blog services. It supports Blogger, WordPress and all other engines that implement the MetaWebBlog API.
You can use the service without registration, although in that situation you will have to add blog descriptions every time you publish a new blog post.
My next recommendation is either Windows Live Writer or ScribeFire for Firefox. Now these are image-uploading capabilities and full-featured blog editors with a WYSIWYG interface and support all the blogging platforms, but do not let you publish the same articles on many blogs at once.
The solution in that situation is that you create a post, publish it on blog A, change the current blog to A to B, publish the same post again and so on. It’s a bit tedious, but you get more user-friendly blog editors and get support for more platforms, including Drupal, Windows Live Space, Janga etc.
