How to Setup Email Filter in Microsoft Outlook?

Here I will tell you that how to setup Email Filter in Microsoft Outlook.

 

  1. First of all you have to go to the “Tools menu and select “Rules and Alerts”.

  2. Click the “New Rule” button from the E-mail Rules tab.

  3. Select the “Start from a blank rule” radio button and

  4. Hit “Next.

  5. Tick the “with specific words in the subject” tick box.

  6. Click on the “specific words” link from the “Edit the rule description” section.

  7. Type in the keyword [spam] in the Specify words text box,

  8. Now click the “Add button and

  9. Then click “OK.

  10. Hit the “Next button.

  11. Tick the “delete it checkbox and

  12. Hit “Finished”.

  13. Apply the changes and you are done.

Now any email that has the word [spam] in the subject field will be automatically deleted when received!
