By this facility any member of group can set up an email filter rule that automatically deletes the email that contains the keyword spam or moves it to a specific folder.

If any group member interested in job opportunities related emails then he/she can set up email filter to filter out all of the categories of group emails.

If someone does not want to receive any spam emails from any email but wants to receive spam emails from other email then using email filter on the first sender’s address in conjunction with the keyword spam will achieve the goal.

The message is that the usage of email filters in group emails can greatly help the management of emails and reduce the time of a person who has to spend sorting out his/her inbox. This is for the person who gets a high number of emails. It is really easy to setup email filtering in Yahoo mail, Gmail, Outlook etc too.
